Gurney Halleck, tutor of Paul "Mau'Dib" Atreides.
Mostly I based this on Patrick Stewart's portrayal from the Lynch "Dune" film, but the picture did take on a different facial aspect and a clearly visible scar, so I'm thinking of it more as Gurney than as Stewart's Gurney.
