Another jumble of thoughts passing through my head dumped onto a page in inky form.
Worth noting is that the two pictures in the bottom left position were inspired by a little book called "The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making" by Cathryn M. Volente, which is just as weird and fun and whimsical as it sounds.

Normally, yeah. :) Sometimes I have one or two reference-using drawings on a sketchpage, but this one is all brain. ^_^
Thanks very much! I'm glad you like them, and yes, try a sketchpage sometime. Sketchpages are cool. *puts on fez and bowtie ;)*
I am familiar with the existence of Da Vinci's sketching, but I didn't think of him as an inspiration. It's more like... sometimes I have something in my head and I want to get it out, but want to get it out fast, and smaller is faster. And sometimes I just feel like my fingers need to be doing something while I think. And if I have a lot of little ideas, why not put them together? :)

-And the thoughts just sort of come to you with these intricate geometrical figures? You just...have these things in your head! Do you know of Leonardo Divinci's sketches? They were so full of IDEAS- I kind of want to try "sketching" like him just to try it, and your sketches really make me feel like you are at that train of thought.
