steven universe OCs

I kept seeing so many Gem OCs on DA that I gave in and started playing around. I don't know if I'll use them for anything serious or not.
I'm operating on the assumption that multiple Gems of the same kind can be forged, so this isn't THE Carnelian and Heliotrope, just MY Carnelian and Heliotrope. They're intended as Homeworld Gems - Carnelian is something similar to high-end legal help, and Heliotrope is an ex-soldier currently employed as her bodyguard. Camera murdered my lighting. <.<

Under two days until I have a road trip, and I can't seem to stop drawing and start packing... distracting thing, the sketchpad.
