I summon Vorse Raider!

Description

A picture I entered in Beckett's Yu-Gi-Oh back in, I think April. We hardly ever get the magazine, because the stores rarely have it. I never got a prize, so I assumed I didn't win. But after I found Animaker131 won 1st place and never got a prize, well, I need to know: Did I win 1st place? Was this ever in the magazine? Please tell me!

This is a re-do by the way. I didn't have the original color pic. Since the true original is still in pencil, I made a copy, inked the copy, copied again just in case, colored the first copy, which took me like three hours, and scanned. I'm all loopy now! Weeeeeeeee!!!

WOW! Great job on the coloring! And the whole thing too! I saw quite a few Beckett magazines around the time you say you entered this, (with the art section being the only reason I was really picking it up) but unfortunately I didn't see it. What's wrong with those people!? Do they not know good art when they see it? This is better than most of the pics I ever saw in there. Oh well, if they can't do a proficient job then I guess there's no use in us wasting our great talent entering. *wink wink* Great job! I give it first place & grand prize! C3

Thank you, thank you!!!!!!!! My picture was never in there?!?! Figures... Beckett's aren't the brightest people. They're Yu-Gi-Oh price listings are a good example(they're prices are waaaaay too high). Hmmm... Either it never got to them, or they don't understand the concept of mailing a picture between two pieces of cardboard in the envoelope, so it's protected. And I clearly remember saying on the cardboard that the picture was inbetween them.
Oh well. But yeah, I'm never gonna waste my talent on those losers ever again!! Thank you again!!!!!!!!

You're welcome! I guess it's a good thing you can't find anymore of there magazines in any stores. I'm actually wondering if they even have the art section in there anymore. I use to be able to look at the fanart on their website, but you can't do that anymore (at least I couldn't find it O.o ) But you're welcome! You really did a good job on this & I'll keep an eye on you to see what cool new stuff you come up with! C3
