So. I'm supposing you're NOT asking to yourself right now "What is Zim spying on?" but instead are asking "Why is the kangaroo wearing shoes?"<br />
Well........ I REALLY DON'T KNOW!!!! speculate all you want, but there is no true answer.<br />
