Wow that is good! I love the fog effects and the detail to the wings, very well done. And the pic seems to be telling a story of his emotions.

On how he is seen as a villian to some because of his sacrificing others though he stays safe and sound hidden behind a computer. Even though he is really a good guy and is doing this to help prevent more deaths (The black angel wings say this) and that he is bound to his work and has hardly any contact with the outside world and no friends and it is a lonely road to walk being the best at what he does. (The chains say this) well thats what the picture says to me anyway xD
