Hello everyone, sorry for not posting anything for so long but I was working on this special pic, I put my heart and soul into it. I am not going to talk about the pic here, I'll leave it up to you to tell the meaning of it, if you are a true artist you will understand.
Day and night I was trying to survive
thoughts of death sorrounding me while being still alive
days, weeks, months and years passed me by...
my tears wouldn't reach the ground, even if i cried
Now I am still here,but with a spark of change
bearing hope in my chest, this is kind of strange
light of the sun, stroking of the wind, sound of the waterfall
as she stepped closer to me, I could feel them all!
It should be forever engraved into my mind
these few words she said to me that time:
"I am here now, this is my destination."
She was what I longed for, my personified salvation.[/i]

"If you are true artists you will understand what this picture means", what an awfull thing to say. Many people are incredibly creative and have the most unique and interesting ideas for art, but just because they don't understand this picture they obviously are no true artitst.Gety on November 13, 2012, 1:33:25 PM

I am sorry, I didn't mean to offend you or anyone else with that, but you need to know that you can not just call yourself an "artist", you are an artist if you see something unique from the others, not everyone can see and understand the pic the way I do, artists can see and understand many things from a picture, if you don't understand it at all...well then you are not an artist. The picture alone reminds me of this movie 'Pan's Labyrinth' (great movie btw)...i really like your art and concept... there are fireflies and over-sized mushrooms which are fantasy-like elements.... and then there's this huge tormented, somewhat repulsive creature with human features which gives the drawing a darker edge. The details are extremely good i love the ice crystals from the monster's back and the texture of the tree. the only thing that bothers me is the double waterfall -it's a bit too symmetrical (even the light falls on the same spot), but great job!No_Name on September 23, 2012, 8:30:46 AM

Lovely.The poem is a very nice touch.
This is all so surreal and well done. It's amazing what contrast there is between the greenery and the cold crystals.
