Description
I was inspired to draw a Dementor preforming it's kiss on a random victom. I was thinking about how Lord Voldemort controls the Dementors now and probabally how the Dementors would all have a field day if the were let loose on the Muggle world. Yea! Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince come out in only another 25hr and 45min. ^_^!
