Another girl in a new dress (this time its Mina)

I just had to do it... so here's Mina.This pic was inspired by a dress worn by Magic Knight Rayearth's FUU although I added a few tidbits from Umi's outfit. Although if you get the artbook or have it you'd know they don't look exactly the same. So whom would you like to see in a dress? (And not Princess Acorn because I just..don't like her).
