Yeah, maybe. He'd probably go all crazy in a game and push all of the buttons, and lose because of that. I've had friends who would do that and they lost.^^

I don't think Tobi is that stupid. But he does some dumb things. Like in one manga chapter Deidara and Tobi are fighting a monster. After they defeated it, Tobi thought he beat it all by himself and told Deidara that that should be something that should be commended. And another time Deidara is talking to Tobi and he falls asleep. There's more moments. where Tobi acts funny.
