Yes, this is Omi in a penguin suit. Ain't he cute?! X3 Got this idea from Azumanga Daioh since the character that reminds me of Omi sometimes is shown dressed in a penguin suit.
This would be my "dress character in a costume" contest entry if it's still going on. I doubt it is now, though. I just really wanted to post this. ^_^
