Description
I hand-sculpted this coin out of clay, then cased it in a metal alloy. Then, I coated it in black acrylic, and wiped most of it away. Then, I painted a gold metallic paint over it, and came out with that antiqued look. I then hot-glued a thin leather strip to use as a cord to the back so I didn't have to make an unattractive loop at the top of the coin to wear it. A VERY difficult project that was VERY time-consuming. But in the end, I love the result and am the only person around with something like this.

I took a ceramics class once... and all I came out with was an odd shaped pot... which turned into a vase *cough* well, it's gorgeous... simply gorgeous. Right ol good job.Jiori
