I kinda doodled this, off an on throughout the last 2 hours. ^^ I hope it came out alright, I spent a little more time trying different copic techniques on this one =D<br />

The tones on the skin looks smooth and real. I like that. The tones on the skirt are nice too! You handled the markers really well and the colours are well chosen. The blouse looks fine, but the hair seems to appear a bit flat. Maybe a few more shades would enhance the look. ;) I suggest you observe the light and dark shades formed on the hair.
