Link will always have a special place in my heart ;_;
I've always been bad with non turn-based type RPGs *has no reflexes to speak of* But back when I was young, I never gave up playing "Link's Awakening" for the Gameboy. I took it with me to play in the car. I took it with me to play in school *bad student*. I took it with me on trips and I'd even sit inside the closet to play for hours so my parents wouldn't find me and stop me orz orz orz
And...one day after approximately two years of trying (two years - I'm serious)...I finally beat the game ;_;. I don't think I've ever been happier or more proud of beating a video game than I was then ;____;
So yeah. This picture is a tribute to Link, the super awesome elf hero
Though I used his more recent character design rather than the design in Link's Awakening, because it looks a lot cooler and less like pajamas XD XD

Sonnuva dog! ._.I don't think I ever seen a better picture of Link! Background and detail is amazing!
And, kinda humorous, with his almost expressionless face and a fiery explosion. He MUST be a hero!

Woo :) The detail on the chain mail is amazing! You just reminded me, I need to add my Zelda fan art here too. ;) I've had a crush on Link since I was a little kid. X3; I'm a huge nerd cause I even have an Ocarina of Time, an Eye of Truth(Cosplay prop I made), a Boss chest(I made), fairy health earrings(I made), and Bomb flower earrings(I made.) X3;:D Awesome.

Congrads on finishing the game. Believe me I can relate...but some games I stop and rarely pick up again/__\ Good job on sticking with it. Your pic itself... EPIC! That is EPIC!
