Teyla Emmagan - Stargate Atlantis

This is my very first attempt ever at a digital drawing using my new graphics tablet.

I just chose a piccie to work from, I didn't really intend on doing Teyla, but here she is. I know I've got a loooong way to go before I can create something that's worthy of a digital painting, but for my first attempt I'm pretty happy with it. I could probably do a lot more with her, but I'm afraid I'd ruin it. Lol

Any tips on drawing with a stylus would be wonderful!

this is wonderful! i like teyla, even though i don't watch much stargate atlantis. it's excellent for a first try : )

This is wonderful! The colors remind me of charcoal. As for any tips...practice. I remember when I got my first tablet, it took awhile to get use to it.

You've done a pretty good job for your first time using it. *thumbs up*
