Description

My all-time favoite pokemon: Celebi.

This took a REALLY long time to color.

I hand drew it, colored it on paint, and did the background on Paintshop pro. Please oh please do not flame. I worked really hard on this.

I'd love it if this made it to my top five so if you like it too, please fave. Faving is nice. ^^

Lol, that's okay.
That's usually how I do my skin colors and hair colors.
It's a lot easier that way and it makes the picture look more anime-ish. ^.^

I'm so used to browsing for skin color myself. I know the basic spot where the right color is so yeah. ^^ Celebi is another story

Even if it would took a long time drawing and coloring, your Celebi picture looks cute, and I would love to fav it because it looks so adorable and nice, and your drawing/coloring skills are pretty advanced
