I suppose I may get more out of this if I could remember anything about Sly Cooper (it's been so long since I played the first one o_o), but it still is a great image, anyhow. ^_^I love the style of it, in particular. The bright cel-shading you did is really reminiscent of the game.
It's a very cute picture; good luck in the contest!
