It looks like she's an Organization member from KH! And her hair looks kind of like Zexion, even if that wasn't the person you were drawing, but turned into Sakura... I'm just a big KH fan so I notice silly things like this. xD
Very pretty though! I LOVE what you did with the skitchy and sketchy look- It really looks nice. Your color blending is very beautiful too ^^
