When I first looked at this picture, I liked it, but something was...off. I looked at it, trying to find out what was annoying the hell out of me. The anatomy is quite well, but the bridge of the nose is a little wacky. I'd fix that up a bit if I were you. The thing that really would make this picture phenomenal is shading. I see almost no shading and little highlighting. The highlighting that isdone is very sloppy. I would also try something else with the background, but I shouldn't talk because I don't do too well with those either. The jpg compression lowered the quality like a dog...If you use photoshop or any other programs like that,I'd save it as a higher quality jpg to show all of the detail and hard work I put into it.

Overall, I'd give it a 7/10. Not too bad, but not very good, either. Practice shading and highlighting!It'll make your art so much better.
