I haven't drawn Chii for sometime...and this time, I tried to do it in another style. Still looks Clampish.....and I'm starting to wonder when am I going to start develop my own style that'll look different from Clamp's..........T_T. Anyways, done in watercolours. I've bought a new set of it and this was the first time I tried it out, using as little amount of water as possible....doesn't look like watercolours anymore....^^;;

Chii is one of the most adorable characters of all Amine and Manga and it’s wonderful to see someone embrace her adorable nature giving her such a warm look. Aww, cute. You said you wanted to look for a style all your own? Well, I suggest to just EXPIREMENT for awhile. For instance, draw a different nose, with different dimensions. Or, you can start to work on different eye shapes. I saw that you continue to repeat the same eyes for each character. Each person has a different personality, so try to find out an eye for each of them. So just do stuff like that, and soon enough you'll have a style all your own! Rune on May 27, 2004, 4:36:01 PM
