Description
I always wanted to make a rain picture (specially these days, instead of snowing it's just raining here...) I wanted to archieve that typical rain effect used in 2D animation movies ;) Generally it is a random gryphon character with brown tiger stripes on the back, though I will use it for my gryphon series...

I love it! I'm not positive that I agree that the rain would pool like that on the surface of its skin (unless you could somehow depict a more forceful wind/heavier rain hitting surfaces to match the amount of water draining off the gryphon), but perhaps it would be that way if, instead of fur the crittuer had oiled feathers. You've chosen well for the effect of rain; and I like the choice of colour for your critter. I also love the musculature and the wing structure.
