lol Evily cute Chibi Nel not much to say^^ but this did take a long time (even a poorly drawn chibi, she has a lot of stuff on her outfit^^) gah... @_@ lol Igave her pink hair and purple eyes like she has in the anime drawings of her.^^ I know she red hair and green eyes in the game, so you don't need to tell me^^ I thought this version looked cuter, and since cuteness is what I'm going for.... you get it^^ lol Enjoy!!!<br />
