Hetalia OC

I guess I have conformed to the Hetalia world. I wanted to make my own OC of it so, here he is. I checked, but not sure, but New Zealand and Netherland was not created. So my vision of whatever one should he be?

I really have a thing for guys in fuzzy coats/jackets. :D

Also, I will, eventually, post the one I did on paper. That's his original look. I failed to redraw him in PS.
