WOW, this is awesome! I love how you put his hair in a ponytail; I was going to do that, but considering how I can't even draw his hair right in the normal position, I doubt it would turn out the least bit good. *sweatdrop* That's the best thing about this pic, I think - his hair. 3) the shading is awesome.

Nice try...the first thing I noticed was that his torso's too long..and he has no nipples! lol...I know that anime guys usually have nipples...or armpit hair. I kind of like how you did the shading but it could be better. I don't like how the eyes are drawn, but even in the actual anime, they're like that, so good job mimicing the yu-gi-oh style. Neck's too long. Hand's too big and arm's too long. The hair's kinda sloppy.
