I think it came out pretty good ^_^ I was gonna do a background but decided not to. The reason why I named him Evil Sonic is because he's a lot darker and he just has an evil presence don't you think?
The shading took awhile to do because I did it in layers first I lightly colored it with the pencils then went over it with the pens and then went back over it with the colored pencils it was a litte time consuming but well worth it ^_^
Sketched with 0.5mm mechanical pencil
Outlined with black sharpie
Colored with Pentel brand pens and Crayola colored pencils

This is absolutely AMAZING!! Your technique with the different media gives it a totally unique look! I love the colors because they're so vibrant and your shading is awesome as always!!
