I really liked her chara design and since she's like the only person on here that talks to me and is my only good friend on here...I decided to make her a little gift pic! x)
I guessed on the colors and stuff. >.<;
The little stars in the background came from the idea that Noriko is in a band called, "Death Star"...which is awesome! XD
