Talos de Medici

Talos was once the lietenent in Hermos crime syndicate, Magma. Eventually, Kain and his gang defeated him in battle, and was punished by Hermos for being so weak. He eventually returns as part of the Paranormal Forces, as Seth Benson's assistant, but will meet up with his old master. He may be able to manipulate fire, but he's definently not as experianced as Seth or Hermos.
