Bleach All Stars: Rukia

Now its time for good ol' Rukia, the very reason Ichigo became a soul reaper in the first place. Interestingly, she also has a snow - type zanpakto, but is it as strong as Hitsuguya's? As for the pose, I used a pic I found on Photobucket as the reference.

By the way, if anyone recognizes the pose that I used, do you by any chance know who orignally made that pic, because there are others with a similar art style, and not just with Bleach.
