drawing pointers please ^_^?

Description

This is one of my first 'real person' drawings so I know it's pretty bad! I would love to improve so if anyone has any tips on how I could do that I would be extremely grateful to hear them! <br />

Hey, not bad at all. You might want to just accentuate your shadows more, but I think this image looks great as it is.

That's looks awesome! It's better than most of the real life portraits,. Believe me, you need NO pointers.
