Jesdema-Zapho - Gryphon

This was an entry for a contest that one of my dA friends was holding. We were supposed to create a character that went along with the name "Jesdema-Zapho". When I saw the word Zapho, i thought of the word zap. (I know it's pronunced differently, but the visual aspect of the word being the letters inspired me.)<br />

This particualar character is a Fire-Lightning Elemantal. i've always ascociated with the colors I used for the character with flames and electricity. :D<br />

My scaner ate this. It showed all of the little mistakes I made with the markers. The actual piece has a much smoother appearance.<br />
<br />
There's no shading for two reasons: One being that I am still learning how to handle the markers and Two being that I am waiting for a larger set of them. :D<br />
