At most, with joint copyright to disney, the animated character cartoon form is provided by them and marketing graphic artist. So the catergory best for this would have TV, or Furries since he is furry and a slighty humanoid monster.
Oh, and since these are fan pictures, you don't need the copyright, because it is assumed by all that it's an rendering of another artists work or program, unless it's is a purely original idea work from your mind and not a copy. So your safe without that^^!
