This is reqest for Android 21. Sorry it took so long. And I also apologize that the picture is so large, Lugias just look better when they are big :). I must say, I found Lugia to be a very inspiring character to draw. <br />

yes lugia is a legendary pokemon but there are lots more there is one episode where they show a lugia and and its baby.so there is one thats legendary.
