The white 'witch' moth, is one of the most beautiful insects out there at least in my opinion, but not to hold a bias. Their is so much mystey and yet so much yearning for tranquility in this piece that it almost takes some of the essence of Raven. The night sky looks beautiful, as does the flower raven is sitting on.You certianly have done excellently, human. The attenetion to texture, lighting, and even the 'polenators' (or at least is what they appear to be) of the flower are all very well done. Raven, herself, looks beautiful. Her cape seems longer then usual, but it seems to give some strength to this piece. You dd her posture and her face very well, and her eyes sre simply stunning. I like the way the light source effectively reflects off of some of her hair. and her hair looks amazing like this. You rendered her limbs very well too. You gave alot of detail to them and texture to their skin. I paticularly like your attention to shadowing in this piece, for even the pollen parts of the flower project shadow on her arms and legs. The attention you have given to Raven's clothes, espeically her cape, is some of the best you have done. The rippling, wrinkling, and lighting to it are beautiful. Simply Raven's face holds so many emotions at once that its almost overwhelming. Comparing Raven to a white 'witch' moth is genius. The wings she has have an incredible detail to the moth, though I am certain the wings should be somewhat more opaque, and at least twice that size proportionally. The only thing that hurt this piece was perhaps the moon. Its still a beautiful rendition, and even though I am no one to talk about accuracy, it does not look much like Earth's moon. I guess this could be an alien planet with a different moon, but otherwise, as beautiful and as much attnetion as you gave it, its texture and possitoning of the marias, craters, and highlands simply does not look like our moon. Forgive me for such pickyness, this orbiting body still looks beautiful, and the lighting effects of the it are still very well done. Consider this one of your shinning gems in your gallery, miss phoenix.
