Yay! I finally finished it. I don't remember the last time a picture took me so long to finish (about 3 weeks). Well, it's probably because I didn't work on it days straight. Anyway, it's funny that all three images had nothing in common at the beginning; they were all classical products of school boredom. The idea of actually making a picture came to me with the sketch of Sakura drawn on Algebra hand-out (lol) (I really liked how it came out). Then I thought, hey, don't I have that picture of Sasuke that I made for one Sasuke-obsessed fan (bad case of obsession....really bad)? Then, I only needed a sketch of Naruto to complete the picture, but for some reason I didn't feel like drawing it on paper, so I decided to give digital sketching a shot, and let me tell you, it's SO GREAT and SO much easier than using paper! So, well, that's the story of this picture :)
Oh, and also, I tried a new style of coloring hair; does it look okay?

*blinks* Oh my gosh...I was searching through images yesterday...through the Sasuke and Sakura stuff...and I never saw this?! How on EARTH COULD I HAVE MISSED IT?! *pouts* stupid eyes...maybe I need a sharingan or something...

This is so amazing! I just love the colors and details. The hair looks real, but not so real that makes it realistic. Lol Very beutiful job, I love the whole thing. I love the way you did it, the lay-out of it. I mean I could go on forever about how much I love this. When I came on your profile and saw it I was truly amazed. You are such a AMAZING artist. I love all your pics, and you rock. Keep up the very, very good work. And I hope to see more pictures from you.

I added it to my fav weeks ago, but i just wanna comment and say this is amazing! I got into the naruto drawing fad a while ago haha It is so addicting and the anime is awesome! But yeah, this pic rocks!

OMG!!!! This is so amazing!!!!! I love Naruto and Team 7!!!! In this pic I think I like Sasuke the best!!!! *though Sakura is my favorite member of Team 7, you just did Sasuke so well!!!* ^_^ You did such a good job on all of their hair!! Naurto's hair is amazing!!! The shading, is so incredible!!!!! It may have taken a long time but it turned out beatuiful!!! I love this pic!! Aww man! You drew Naruto's hair soo well I have major problems with his porcupine hair! Whenever I attempt it either looks like Pickachu made a nest on his head or I set his hair on fire. ^^; But this is wonderful. I think the clothes needs a bit more wrinkles in them and Naruto's zipper is just kinda straight down it needs to be more er wiggly?? Hope I helped ya out.

I have to say something: the whole drawing on class handouts: exactly like me. Several things that I have drawn (not yet posted) were started on school papers...*sighs* I love white space ^^ Anyway, the Sakura is very good, the face is a little too round, but the shading and coloring detail is excellent. Naruto's face is a little...roundish??? Well, anyway, the fact that it was a digital compared to the traditional pencil art makes it stick out (in a good way!!!) I like the detail on the zipper on his jacket (yes, I know--what a corny thing to notice), and the way you are so well at doing front views. As far as Sasuke, the only thing wrong is the (my left, his right...the three quarters side) of his bangs are just a little to poofy, but again, the detail covers it up. On all three pictures, the shading is phenomenal, and the backgrounds all add to the personality of each character and each picture. The fabric design on all three is amazing--creases where they should be, smooth where it needs to be--and the coloring in the hair? Don't even feel discouraged over it--it is one of the strengths and the best point of the picture. The coloring style looks very real, and adds depth to the appearance of each of them. Sorry that was so long, but I felt like doing a lengthy critique on the picture. ^^ Hope you don't mind! I really love this picture--all of your work as a matter of fact, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to see it.

It's a combination of two brushes (in a program called Photoshop): one that is shaped like a flower was created by me, and the other one is a simple round soft brush :)
