I'm a HUGE Willy Wonka fan. I love Johnny Depp, but I love Gene Wilder as well. My friends find me to be a bit of a nut. I quote the book and movies a LOT, I often carry a cane around, and some of my friends even call me Wonka. I was really suprised one day when a friend of mine asked me wh I hadn't drawn Willy Wonka yet. The thought hadn't even occured to me. When Entertainment Weekly came out with the articles and pictures of Depp, I immediately ran to Jewel, bought a copy and made copies of the pictures that I could graph out to draw from. (I should have another one up soon.) I did the graphing and the outline one day, and after I saw the midnight showing of Charlie, I was inspired to draw this. So here it is!! Another piece I'm proud of enough to show off. I love comments and constructive criticism.<br />

Wow!! Thanks everyone!! I've gotten only a fair reception on some of my other sites. I agree with what was said about the movie. It was SO awesome. I'm gonna see it again soon.Oh, and I'm sorry that Australia has to wait. That sucks. Yeah, I live in the U.S. Well, I'm sure you'll love it when it comes out.
Oh, yeah, I forgot to add this just in case anyone was wondering. It's done in graphite pencil and took me about 4 hours.
