For once I drew in pen and didn't mess up at all! Yay. I really like the name Balthazar, it just sounds cool. So I drew a dragon that might "go" with the name. He has the ability to generate a blacklight and likes neon and plasma stuff. And he has a razor sharp blade on his tail.
Sorry if the eyes are a bit hard to see. I didn't want to try and fix them because it usually turns out worse. The eyes are yellow/green in the middle, then dark red, and then red on the bottom. I also had the motivation to actually color this..with gel pens.

Very nice work! I like the blending of green in the wings, it makes them look soft and poofy. The coloration is fantablous(my word ^^) the whole green vs. blue! ^^gold star! *hands you a gold sticker*
