More color!
-For the hair . . . purple-grey makes a nice shadow color for red - and if you don't believe me, look at Seifer-sama's work. :)
-I already talked about shadows in the last picture, so let's talk about highlights. Look at your arm again - but this time, check out the light areas. Unless you're really pale, your skin should be pretty warm-toned. The highlights aren't pure white, like this fellow's (although let me say that I LOVE that skin shadow color - keep using it! Even if it is created by the butn tool!). It should be a yellow-sh white. So instead of the dodge tool - or whatever you used to get that white, try a low-opacity yellow-white, or yellow-orange. I'm talking REAL light. Almost white, but not. Look at your own skin for a reference.
-For the hair as well, a light yellow-orange would be appropriate. I can't help much with the jeans, 'cause yellow looks weird on them. Mostly just different shades of blue - play around with it.
I hope all this helps - if you use these tips, leave me a message when you submit a new picture, I'd love to see what you do with it. ^_^ (And if you're still confused, or you try this and it doesn't look right or doesn't work, I'll try and help you with it.)
