Most Tifa fanartists, including myself (http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures.php?pid=136181), usually forget that she got sliced wide open as a girl by Sephiroth. That had to leave a mark, healing items or not. And that's why her costume's neckline is so high.
And why probably 99.9% of all the hentai pix of her are wrong, too.
