thank you guys for the comments! :3 P.S. luckylace222 the bottom of the picture is bubbles and then planets on top and yes the board is covered in like a black ink and you take a knife or other sharp tool to scratch what you want and there can be many different colors underneath like white, silver, gold, tye-dye ect.

Scratchboard?! I have never heard of such a thing? You draw on it/scratch it, and a while color comes out? The dog's fur color is beautiful!
I thought those were bubbles at first! The stars make me think of dandelions, which would not look bad for the background either!

1. This is aside, but making the picture bigger (around 1000 px) would help us see this awesome details
2. The black line on his face looks strange. I assume that is where the dog had different colored fur, but it blends too much to the black backround, so I would fill in that black with more fur white to create more dept. However, that patch of black shows that dog does have different "shades.
3. The simplicity yet inner detail makes this a great postcard.
4. I feel there should be more apparent bubbles near the outside/edge of the paper instead of near the middle.
5. Making the shooting stars/planets more apparent/bigger would take away the visual confusion that they are just random designs. It took me a bit to realize they are comets.
6. The small white specks everywhere adds a nice serene feel to it. Making the specks face the same direction would make the picture easier to see with symmetry.
7. I LOVE the detail of the dog's fur. It is so well done.
8. Having the comets coming past the curvy line boundaries of the picture looks a little strange, but I can see the creativity in it.
This almost seems like a "dog's dream." It is cute with some scratchy faults (because it is white on black, they pop up sometimes) every now and again, so overall, this picture is pretty good (need to make it bigger just for me! I would love to have this as a small painting on my white wall). I would give this picture a 7/10. That is actually pretty high for my standards. I love the serene and simply pictures that still make you "think" what the picture could be about.
