Al is quite clearly the most upset...I agree with Midnight_Chaos, the silhouetes do add to the tone of horror/sadness.
Maybe a background here would have made some of the situation clearer, but it still looks absolutely fantastic.

This is so sad...you've done a great job though. The three silhouettes of Ed, Riku and Athrun are a nice touch to the pic. It helps to reinforce the horror of the situation. I feel sorry for the other three...they look so upset. Awesome work!!
