not sure about the details of the contest.. but for some reason, Waldenbooks doesn't strike me as the type of business that would appreciate anime artwork over other .. erm... "fine arts" <br /><br />
I'd like to say I was surprised you didn't win.. but considering that most people still see comic-art as "kids stuff".. i'm not really.<br />

but.. sooner or later we will have our day, when this stuff is seen as good as any other art form.. <br />

You are so amazing with colored pencil! I have to know, have you been offered a job yet? Like, to draw stuff? If not, my cousin works for Disney, perhaps I could put in a good word for you?.... you know... if you want me to? I would never ask for anything in return. I just love your art, and want to do what-ever I can to help a great artist that deserves it. ^^ I fnot, I realy hope you are going to college for it.
