Merry Valentine's Day everyone! I just LOVE chibi Hiei-chan, so I had to draw a cute Valentine piccy of him. It was originally a rather small picture, but my scanner scans things REALLY big, and when I downsize them they lose a lot of quality, so it's a big picture here. You can clearly see where I messed up since it's so big, but I hope you enjoy it anyway! ^^
