Not saying anything bad about the piccy but the style you drew him in just to me looks like he's been drugged I dont know why it just does probobly because thats how the drugged people look in the books...

How cute!! Very good work. I posted my own little rendition of 'Hiei in a cat suit' just a bit ago. I must say, however, it does not even compare with your little Hiei kitty. Great job!
