Its pretty good. The pose is very nice but the proportions need to be a bit more advanced. His eyes are too far apart, and his face is a bit too round, even for a younger version of Kakashi.I like where you're going at this, though. Keep trying and you'll make him look exactly like he looks from the show itself, so don't stop trying to improve your talents! ^_^
