The words on the pic say:
TIME FOR A CONTEST!
ARE YOU UP FOR IT?
The rules are SIMPLE! Just make sure the picture - if it has violence or anything- ISN'T OVER PG-16. You have to draw ONE of your characters displaying their OWN talent, NOT yours. The catch is..They can't use their powers(levitating, fire, etc. ) to do anything! The deadline is Nov. 30, 2005. Tell me when you're finished and I'll look at it.
Have fun and try your best to get one of the 3 places!
