That'd be Vernon Fenwick, and.... well, I'm pretty sure he's gay. He spent the entire cartoon trying to one-up April in every respect, and c'mon- I know the yellow jumpsuit's a turn-off to some people, but I can't think any self-respecting heterosexual male would let that get in the way of 2D animated HOTNESS.<br />

Plus, the whole pink shirt thing. I mean, come ON. I could understand if he only wore it every once in a while- maybe he accidentally threw a red towel in with his white laundry- but I can't remember him wearing anything OTHER than pink shirts.
