Sailor Marina

Sailor Marina, the ultimate form of Sailor Mercury:

So this was the fifth sketched and the first coloured and completed. My favourite aspect is actually the background :P But I also like the face. I had a lot of fun colouring this, because it was the first. So maybe, from this pic, you can tell what my series is about? You guessed it, the ultimate or “Cosmos” forms of each of the 14 main senshi. The Idea began with a “Cosmos” version of Sailor Chibi Moon, then expand from there. So they all have the same sort of staff as Sailor Cosmos. The reason I did that was to show that, in my opinion, even though Sailor Moon/Serenity is the central character of the series, each of the other senshi has the potential to be as powerful and important as her.
