Sailor Celestia, the ultimate form of Sailor Chibi Moon:
The original concept of my "Cosmos Series" began with a rough sketch of a "Cosmos" form of Sailor Chibi Moon. In this sketch, she was an adult, but then I thought, "Sailor Chibi Moon won our hearts as a child Sailor Senshi, and so she must remain" (Futurama reference, LOL). So this one was the eleventh one I sketched, and the tenth completed. The only bit I really don’t like is the large jewel in her staff, and her hands. All the other parts look ok, and I’m very happy with her legs.
