Yes, Rini is from Sailor Moon, hence I submitted it Under Anime/Manga->Sailor Moon. But she only becomes Princess Lady Serenity in the manga and doesn't actually become Queen. In IMPERIAL SOLDIERS (a Sailor Moon RP forum) she does become queen and is a significant character.

As far as I can tell, the proportions are the same as in StarS anime.
