Sonic Tournament Round 1 - Rouge vs Espio

Hello again. I decided to bring back my little contest because I'm wiped out so here is the third installment to my contest, Rouge vs Espio. The most simplest rule is that all you do is vote on your favorite character so that he (or she) can win and proceed to the next round. For more rules, look at my first battle, Sonic Tournament Round 1 - Mighty vs Knuckles. And like I said, I can vote on a character too, and mine belongs to Espio.
